Speedy & Sustainable Shipping:
- Express Delivery: Need your new look ASAP? Get it within 2-3 days in select metro cities for an additional fee! Please contact us at brandnewbrand8@gmail.com.
- Standard Delivery: We aim to dispatch within 3-7 business days across India. There is no extra charge for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Size Swaps: Not sure which size to rock? We get it! Unfortunately, returns are only permitted for size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our detailed size guide on www.brandnewbrand.in before placing your order.
- Damage & Defects: Got a bummed-out outfit? If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly take it back! To assist us in a speedy resolution, please record an unboxing video showcasing the issue. Contact us at brandnewbrand8@gmail.com with the video and your order details within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds: For damaged or defective items, we'll offer an exchange or full refund upon receiving the returned product and verifying the video documentation.
- Important Notes: Hygiene is key! All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for non-size-related reasons.
